The fewer the people you have in your life, the lesser the problems you'll have to face. It doesn't mean the more friends you have, they'll all be there for you when you hit rock bottom. Surprisingly, it's just a handful that will be there for you sincerely through it all. So I'd rather have a few true friends than to have a bunch of friends who are just drive-bys. No doubt it's difficult to tell whether a friend truly cares for you or just plain curious of what's going on with your life. Only time can tell what's real and what's not.
